Who we are

Pixel Pilot is a web design studio. You can reach us atpixelpilotservices@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect four things, and nothing else:

  • Business contact information — business names, business email addresses, phone numbers and website addresses, gathered from publicly available business listings and from the businesses' own published websites.
  • Publicly measurable website performance data — page speed scores and technical metrics obtained through Google's public PageSpeed Insights API about publicly accessible websites.
  • Information you give us directly — anything you enter when booking a call or submitting our unsubscribe form.
  • Website usage data — when you visit this site we record which pages you view and which buttons you click, using Google Analytics and, where enabled, advertising pixels from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These set cookies and share your activity on this site with those companies, who may use it to measure and target advertising. They load only after you interact with the page, so simply opening a page and leaving records nothing.

How we use it

We use business contact information to send commercial email about our web design services. We use performance data to prepare the report pages we send. We use information you give us directly to schedule and hold the meeting you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share any of it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your report page

If we prepared a report page for your business, that page is excluded from search engines and is reachable only by the link we sent you. Ask us and we will delete it immediately. Unsubscribing deletes it automatically.

Opting out

Every email we send contains a working unsubscribe link, and you can also use ourunsubscribe page or email us directly. We honor requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, and in practice within 24 hours. Suppressed addresses are retained permanently for the sole purpose of ensuring we never contact them again.

Third parties

We use Cal.com for scheduling and Cloudflare for hosting. Booking a call submits your information to Cal.com under their own privacy policy. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and — where enabled — Google Ads and Meta pixels to measure our advertising. Each of those companies handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics withGoogle's browser add-on, adjust Google's ad personalisation inMy Ad Center, and Meta's in yourFacebook ad preferences. Your browser's own cookie controls and any "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal it sends will also limit what these tools can record.

Scope

Our outreach is directed to businesses in the United States only. We do not knowingly send commercial email to recipients in Canada or the European Economic Area. If you believe we have contacted you in one of those jurisdictions, tell us and we will remove you immediately.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
